Dr. Omar Fadhli was born in Lafayette, Indiana where his father was obtaining a doctorate in engineering at Purdue University. After a few years his family relocated to Houston, Texas where he spent most of his life. He obtained his medical degree from the prestigious University of Texas Houston Medical Center where he was trained by world experts in medicine and surgery. He was involved in the treatment of a high volume of patients from all over the world receiving care at the Texas Medical Center. Throughout his training he has been recognized with multiple honors and awards, graduating at the top of his class with the exclusive AOA Honors. Dr. Fadhli enjoys and excels in the meticulous surgery involved in the field otolaryngology head & neck surgery. After completing an internship in surgery at the Texas Medical Center he was one of only 2 physicians chosen at the Saint Louis University Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery program for adults and children. There he received exceptional training by world renowned surgeons which provided the foundation for the development of his own minimally invasive techniques that his patients enjoy today. Dr. Fadhli also enjoys scientific research and has published in peer reviewed journals. He has been awarded board certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology and has been recognized with multiple honors and awards including America's Top Physicians. After completing his training, he established Florida ENT Adult and Pediatric P.A. which is dedicated to the minimally invasive, state of the art treatment of diseases of the Ears, Nose, Throat, Head & Neck delivered with compassion, dignity and honesty.

| Hassan Flowers, P.A.-C Member of Society of Physician Assistants in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Ear, Nose, & Throat Head & Neck Physician Assistant Adult & Pediatric
Mr. Flowers is a native of Central Florida where he has spent most of his life. Mr. Flowers story is one of great dedication and accomplishment. He started with Florida ENT as a Medical Assistant while completing his degree in nursing. He was immediately recognized as a very skilled, intelligent, and compassionate provider who was loved by his patients. After completing his nursing degree, his dedication continued with the pursuit of a Physician Assistant degree which he accomplished with honors and was awarded certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Throughout his several years of treating patients, he has received extensive knowledge and experience in the medical management of diseases of the ears, nose, throat, head & neck. Mr. Flowers is dedicated to the pursuit and sharing of this knowledge through the training of many medical students and Physician Assistants that rotate through Florida ENT for there Ear, Nose and Throat training. He is highly regarded by his patients and colleagues alike. This distinction accompanied by his hard work and dedication have earned him membership in the American Academy of Otolaryngology Physician Assistants.

Christine Willis, P.A.-C Member of Society of Physician Assistants in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Ear, Nose, & Throat Head & Neck Physician Assistant Adult & Pediatric
Ms. Willis is a Central Florida native. She began her career in healthcare in 2004 after graduating with honors from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Cardiopulmonary Sciences. She worked as a Respiratory Therapist in the neonatal ICU at Winnie Palmer Hospital for 8 years. She was recognized as a compassionate and skilled Provider and became a mentor and lead in the respiratory unit. She continued her education and completed her Master's degree in education in 2008. After deciding to stay in patient care, she pursued her graduate degree in Physician Assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University where she earned her degree with high honors and was awarded certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She has received experience and gained knowledge in the medical management of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck diseases. She is an active member of both the Florida and American Associates of Physician Assistants.

Samer Abu Rahmeh, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA

Dr. Samer is over the hearing and balance department at Florida ENT Adult & Pediatric. Originally from Lebanon; he started his Audiology career in Jordan, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Audiology. His first job was supervising audiological outreach programs in the Middle East as part of a non-profit organization that implemented United Nations programs. To further his education, he moved to England and, in 2000, received his Master of Science in Audiological Studies from the University of London. Dr. Samer’s next job landed him in Florida working with Florida Hospital. During his time with Florida hospital, he finished his Doctorate degree (2006) from Salus University in PA. Dr. Samer has been serving patients in central Florida since 2001 in both hospital and ENT settings with a strong emphasis on hearing aids and balance problems. He is a fellow of both the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr Samer maintains his certificate of clinical competence from ASHA He currently resides in Central Florida and enjoys cooking, reading, painting, and riding his bike

Our employees are dedicated to ensure that each office visit is a pleasant experience. Our medical assistants are trained to answer most questions you may have regarding treatments and/or medications you may have received from our providers. Our surgical coordinator will assist towards scheduling surgical procedures, answer questions regarding surgery, and provide directions to the specified facility. She will ensure our patients are given the appropriate medications, blood work request, post operative instructions, obtain referrals needed and will communicate efficiently every thing the physician or facility may need the patient to know.
